Signups will be sent in March to secure your spot!\nShowcase Meetings are required for new student AND return students. If you have any questions regarding the Showcase\, please attend a meeting.\nShow day is VERY busy. It is extremely important to attend Showcase meetings and ask all questions prior to the show date. Katherine will be tied up running the show; coordinating lights and sound with the technicians\, checking on dancers\, and much more. We want this experience to be as smooth and pleasant as possible\, but there is no guarantee Katherine will be able to answer phone calls\, texts\, or emails at any time during the day. If you have a question and cannot find Katherine\, look for someone in a “volunteer” shirt or your dancer’s teacher. Showcase meetings will eliminate most of the stress and confusion!

DESCRIPTION:Invite a friend to join us for our Spring Open House! We will be offering a variety of classes so you can try lots of different styles\, and we will accept registrations for the Summer and Fall seasons. This is a great time to try something new and can help your dancer decide in which class they would like to enroll for summer and fall! \n  \nClass Schedules will be updated as the event approaches; here is a tentative list so far (parent/guardian will need to sign a waiver before minor can participate in classes): \n  \nAges 3-5: Creative Movement with Mrs. Katherine (4:30-4:50) \nAges 5.5-7: Ballet & Basic Tumbling with Miss Aislinn (4:45-5:15) \nAges 8-11: Ballet with Mrs. Katherine (5:00-5:30) \nAges 8-11: Jazz & Modern with Miss Aislinn (5:30-6:00) \nAges 8-Teen Dance Team with Mrs. Katherine (6:20-6:50) *Jazz\, Pom\, Cheer* \nAges 12+ Ballet with Mrs. Katherine (5:45-6:15) \nAges 12+ Jazz + Modern with Miss Aislinn (6:50-7:30)

SUMMARY:Ballet 3/4\, 5\, & 6 Performance at PG Elementary Multicultural Fair
DESCRIPTION:General Information:\n \n\n\nThis performance is a MANDATORY event that will take the place of class that evening. The only excused absence is illness.\nWe will meet at Pleasant Garden Elementary at 5:10 to put our things in the designated area and warm up.\n\n\n\n\nPlease park in the smaller lot across from PG Baptist Church and go in the side door. There will be an SESD Staff member there to help direct you to our “dressing room.”\n\n\n\n\nThe performance begins at 6:30 and will end at 7:00. After 7:00\, dancers will be dismissed to their parents/guardians.\n\n\nDancers will need to wear light stage makeup and should have hair tidy/slick.\n\nRed lipstick is not required; please wear a more “natural” shade for this performance\n“Light” stage makeup includes eyeshadow/mascara and blush\, just to a lesser degree\nSpecific hair styles listed below\n\n\n\nWhat to Wear: ***ALL dancers need to bring their costumes AND have hair as described below for this Sunday’s (4/14) Full Cast Rehearsal!***\n\n\n\nBallet 3/4: Capezio brand Stirrup tights in the color “Caramel.” Please bring ballet shoes in case the gym floor is not ideal for barefoot dancing. Hair should be in a low bun\, middle part\nBallet 5: Capezio brand Stirrup tights in the color “Caramel.” Ballet flats (no pointe shoes). Hair should be in double French braids.\nBallet 6: Theatrical Pink tights and flats (no pointe shoes). Hair low bun/middle part.
