DESCRIPTION:General Information:\n \n\n\nThis performance is a MANDATORY event that will take the place of class that evening. The only excused absence is illness.\nWe will meet at Pleasant Garden Elementary at 5:10 to put our things in the designated area and warm up.\n\n\n\n\nPlease park in the smaller lot across from PG Baptist Church and go in the side door. There will be an SESD Staff member there to help direct you to our “dressing room.”\n\n\n\n\nThe performance begins at 6:30 and will end at 7:00. After 7:00\, dancers will be dismissed to their parents/guardians.\n\n\nDancers will need to wear light stage makeup and should have hair tidy/slick.\n\nRed lipstick is not required; please wear a more “natural” shade for this performance\n“Light” stage makeup includes eyeshadow/mascara and blush\, just to a lesser degree\nSpecific hair styles listed below\n\n\n\nWhat to Wear: ***ALL dancers need to bring their costumes AND have hair as described below for this Sunday’s (4/14) Full Cast Rehearsal!***\n\n\n\nBallet 3/4: Capezio brand Stirrup tights in the color “Caramel.” Please bring ballet shoes in case the gym floor is not ideal for barefoot dancing. SUMMARY:July Dance Camp: Ages 3-5
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Fairy Tale adventure this July! Our youngest dancers (ages 3-5) will meet Monday- Friday from 4:00- 4:50. Each day will introduce basics of dance and teach valuable skills while we explore both free and structured movement. Dancers will learn how to take turns\, encourage other students\, and follow directions. Rhythm\, counting\, and basic ballet technique is introduced.\n\nOn Friday\, July 28th\, our older dancers will perform during the Greensboro Grasshoppers game!
