Check-In Location: Hanson Brick site at the intersection of PG Road and Forest Acres Circle…Volunteers will be on site to help you find us. *You can NOT leave your car there, we encourage you to move to the PG Elementary parking lot near Appomatox Rd. entrance/exit…carpooling is encouraged.
Check-In Time: 1:40-1:55, PG Road will close between Nesbit Rd. and Ryegate Dr. at 2:00pm and no vehicles will be allowed access.
Pick Up Location: PG Elementary School parking lot towards the Appomatox Rd. entrance/exit. ***MUST check out with Katherine before you leave. DO NOT take your child without letting Katherine know, thank you for understanding!

-SESD jacket or SESD t-shirt (can wear white/navy/black long sleeve underneath)
-If you choose to wear gloves/hats, please wear white (of course, Santa hats and other festive accesories are allowed!)
-SOLID BLACK leggings, yoga pants, or “jazz/dance” pants
-Tennis shoes (any color)
